Custom House Administration & Corporate Services Ltd. provides a full alternative investment and hedge fund administration service, which covers all aspects of day to day operations including maintaining the fund’s books and records, carrying out valuations, calculating NAVs and handling all subscriptions and redemptions, as well as overseeing payment of the fund’s expenses. Operating on its integrated systems through its office in Dublin and representative offices in Chicago and Singapore, Custom House offers a 24/7 service, including provision of daily dealing NAVs for some 80 funds and sub-funds. Custom House, which was the first hedge fund administrator to be awarded a Moody’s Management Quality Rating, achieved an ‘exception-free’ Type 2 SAS 70 in December 2007. Authorised and regulated by the Irish Financial Regulator under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act of 1995 (which authorisation does not extend to the Chicago and Singapore representative offices).
